Returns & Refunds
We strive hard to ensure a good online shopping experience for you in terms of range, prices and delivery. We understand that there could be situations where you might want to return your purchase and we will readily facilitate the same as explained below. You can return an item for a full refund within 15 days of your purchase date.
Our "15 Days Easy Returns" policy covers:
- Products which you received in "Damaged/Defective/Broken" condition.
- Products not as per description/photo on the website (if not otherwise mentioned)
- Wrongly Ordered Size, Color or Product.

- Return Request should be made within 2 days of receipt of the product.
- Return Requests registered after 2 days of delivery may not be entertained.
- Request made would be approved only after checking the product pictures.
How do I return an item purchased?
We try our best to offer you a hassle-free return experience. Please ensure that the product is in unused and in original condition. Include everything from the package you've received including price tags, labels, original packing, freebies and accessories.
To return a product, you need to follow the following steps.
Step 1: Request a Return You can raise a return request by emailing us at support@kefioutdoors.com After you have raised a return request, you will receive an acknowledgment email.
Step 2: Approval Once you've raised a return request, you should hear back from us by the next working day. We may have a few questions and clarifications before we go ahead and approve your return request.
Step 3: Return Pickup We will then arrange a pickup for your product. If you live in a metro city, you can expect the pickup to happen within 2 working days. Outside a metro city, you can expect the pickup to happen within 3-5 working days. The product will take the same amount of time to reach us as it took to reach you. The tracking ID to track the status of your return shipment will be shared with you, so that you’re informed every step of the way.
Step 4: Inspection Once the product has reached us, we will need 7-10 working days to have the product inspected thoroughly.
Step 5: Resolution Based on the inspection status and the reason for return, we will approve your return request and then ship out a replacement or issue full refund in your Bank account and your return case will be closed.
What precautions should I take before shipping the return parcel?
Once you have raised a Return Request,
- Ensure that product is in unused and original condition
- Include all price tags, labels, original packing and invoice along with the product
- Pack the item safely to safeguard against damage in transit
- Mention the Return ID on the package so that we can acknowledge your return
Can I get refund for returned items?
Yes, you will full refund if you raise the request within 15 Days of purchase.
Will the pickup be done on a day of my choice?
Sorry, our courier company does not accept pickup date requests. Upon receiving the return request, we ensure that pickup is arranged at the earliest.
Can I get the product replaced instead of returning?
To facilitate the replacement, we allow you to return the product and give you Store Credit of product’s value so that you can again place the order. Repurchase of the product is subject to availability of stock.
When are returns not possible?
There are certain scenarios where it is difficult for us to support returns
- Return request is made outside the specified time frame
- Product is damaged because of use or Product is not in the same condition as you received it
- Items on clearance or sale
- Products which are tampered
- Anything missing from the package you've received including price tags, labels, original packing, freebies and accessories
- Fragile items, hygiene related items
