Kefi Outdoor manufactures the best possible Outdoor gear. We choose the highest quality materials, made to exacting manufacturing standards and test our products rigorously and hence provide 24 Months Warranty.

This warranty does not include damage due to improper use or care, accident, or negligence. This warranty also excludes normal wear and tear and material breakdown due to age, use, or environmental conditions. Also, Damages inflicted by tree branches, needles, stones, pocket knives, Insect bites, animal wrestling or any such encounters with Mother nature or its inhabitants will not be covered.

Kefi Outdoors’s liability for warranty claims will be limited to repair, replacement, or credit. Our warranty does not cover damage to items stored in, or used in conjunction with our products. Warranty decisions are left to the discretion of the Warranty & Returns Department.

Kefi Outdoors will not, under any circumstances, be liable for any direct, indirect, special or consequential damages resulting from a warranty claim, and in no event will Kefi Outdoors’s aggregate liability exceed the price paid for the product. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitations of incidental or consequential damages so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state-to-state jurisdictions.

Out Warranties will vary from product to product and the specific Information regarding the same will be available on the specific product page.

HOW TO CONTACT US IN THE CASE OF A WARRANTY CLAIM

Please email us your claim with all the product images and purchase details on info@kefioutdoors.com. A Kefi’s Customer representative will contact you within 1-3 working days. You can also call us in India on +91-9717668844. If from outside India, you can process the request via email only. We will try and resolve your issue as soon as possible.

Regrettably, customers are responsible for return shipping expenses. Upon receipt of the product, Kefi Outdoors will determine if it is defective and if so, will either replace or repair the product (cash refunds are not an option). Please feel free to use the most convenient and available shipping method for you. However, to protect your package from loss and to ensure prompt delivery, we recommend using a shipping service which provides accurate and up-to-date tracking information. Please retain all shipping receipts and correspondence with Kefi Outdoors. Kefi Outdoors is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

This warranty begins at the date of the original purchase. Proof of purchase is required to obtain warranty coverage.
